The Croquembouche (otherwise known as Croque en Bouche) is a traditional French wedding cake. Consisting of choux pastry buns, filled with crème patisserie and masterfully formed into a caramelised, decorated tower, it's a visually stunning wedding cake alternative that will certainly wow your guests.
